light01 CIE chromaticity diagram. Any color

http://www.necdisplay.com/Documents/WhitePapers/XLight_Technology.pdf

One way to define color and intensity (brightness)

is to use the CIE chromaticity diagram. Any color

can be described by using X and Y for the color. The

diagram shows the range of colors that humans can

detect as well as the ranges of colors displayable on a

monitor and printable on a printer. The x and y axes

show values for the x and y chromaticity coordinates

respectively. For example, a factory NEC MultiSync

MD Series Clear-base monitor is x, y, of 0.292 ,0.321

L=400 cd/m
